Phone and desktop
Some people work with one thumb on a weak signal. Others work at a keyboard with ten tabs open. A feature is finished when it works well for both.
Faster than the workaround
A tool only replaces the clipboard or the spreadsheet when it is quicker. We count taps and clicks, and we cut them.
One record, many uses
A shift should be entered once and then appear on the schedule, the time clock, and the timesheet. Nothing gets typed twice.

People's hours, pay, and documents live here. We treat that data the way we would want ours treated.
