Communications/Events

Get the right people in the room.

Post a safety meeting, a training day, or the holiday party. Invite by location or by person and see who is coming.

RSVP in one tap

People confirm from the notification. You get a headcount without chasing anyone.

Invite who it applies to

Send an event to everyone, to specific locations, or to a hand-picked list.

Time and place included

Every event carries its start, end, and location so nobody has to ask.

Plan on the web. RSVP on the phone.

One invite. A real headcount.

Set the time, the place, and who it applies to, and send it. Everyone invited gets a notification and answers with one tap. You watch the headcount build, remind the people who have not replied, and take attendance at the door.

Planning an event

Everything an organizer needs, from the invite to the attendance list.

  • Start and end time, location, description, and attachments
  • Invite by location, department, role, or a hand-picked list
  • Required for some people, optional for the rest
  • Reminders the day before and the hour before, plus a nudge to anyone with no reply
  • Repeat it weekly or monthly, and skip a date when you need to
  • Check-in at the door and an attendance list to export

Being invited

A notification, the details, and one tap to answer.

  • A notification the moment the invite goes out
  • Time, place, who is going, and the agenda in one place
  • Going, maybe, or can't make it, in one tap
  • The event on your schedule, next to your shifts
  • A reminder the day before and an hour before
  • Add it to your phone's calendar

  • Attachments

  • RSVP
  • Reminders
  • Capacity

One event, everywhere the person looks.

  • Events tab
  • The schedule
  • Notifications

  • Attendance list
  • Export
  • Repeat the event

Moments in an event

From invite to headcount.

RSVPs counting up, the right audience, reminders, the event on the schedule, repeats, and check-in at the door.

RSVPs, live

Going, maybe, can't make it, and no reply yet, counting up as people answer, against the size of the room.

Invite who it applies to

A location, a department, a role, or a few people, combined. Make it required for the ones who must be there.

Reminders that land

A nudge to anyone with no reply, a reminder the evening before, and one an hour before, on the phone.

On the schedule

When someone says they are going, the event sits on their week next to their shifts, so nothing is double-booked.

Repeats

A weekly toolbox talk or a monthly all-hands is set up once. Skip a date without touching the rest.

Who showed up

People scan a code at the door and appear with a time. Export the attendance list for the meetings that need a record.

Events questions.

Can events be limited to one location?

Yes. Choose the locations or people an event applies to and only they are invited.

Can an event be required?

Yes. Mark it required for a team, a role, or a location. Those people see it as required, and you see who has not replied and who did not come.

Do events show on the schedule?

Yes. When someone says they are going, the event appears on their week next to their shifts, on the phone and on the web.

Can we take attendance?

Yes. Show a code at the door for people to scan, or check names off yourself. The attendance list, with times, can be exported.

Can events repeat?

Yes. Set an event to repeat weekly or monthly. Each date can be changed or skipped on its own.
