Communications/Surveys

Find out what your team really thinks.

Short surveys your team answers in under a minute, on a phone or a computer. Make them anonymous when you want candor.

Anonymous when it counts

Turn on anonymous responses and people can speak freely about what is working and what is not.

Four question types

Single choice, multiple choice, ratings, and free text cover everything from a quick pulse check to open feedback.

Open and close on schedule

Set a window for responses so the survey opens Monday morning and closes Friday night on its own.

Ask on the web. Answer on the phone.

A minute to answer. Results as they arrive.

Write a few questions, pick who gets them, and set the week it is open. People answer on their phone, one question per screen, and you watch the results build on the web, by location and by department.

A short survey, the right audience, and a window to answer in.

  • Four question types: single choice, multiple choice, rating, and free text
  • Audience by location, department, team, or role
  • Anonymous answers, with results held until enough people respond
  • Open and close dates, with a reminder in between

  • Templates for pulse checks, onboarding check-ins, and exit surveys

Moments in a survey

From a question to an answer you can act on.

Four question types, anonymous answers, a week that opens and closes on its own, response rates by location, searchable comments, and a pulse that repeats.

Four question types

Single choice, multiple choice, ratings, and free text. Enough for a quick pulse check and for open feedback.

Anonymous when it counts

Switch on anonymous answers and names never appear next to them. Results stay closed until enough people have answered to keep it that way.

Opens and closes on schedule

Open it Monday morning, send a reminder midweek, and let it close Friday night on its own.

Response rate by location

See which locations have answered and which have not, and remind only the people who still need to.

Every comment, searchable

Free-text answers land in one list. Search for a word and see everyone who brought it up.

A pulse you can follow

Repeat the same survey every month and watch each question move over time.

Surveys questions.

Are anonymous surveys really anonymous?

When a survey is set to anonymous, responses are shown without the name of the person who submitted them.

Can managers see who has answered?

They can see who has answered and who has not, so reminders go to the right people. On an anonymous survey they cannot see what any one person said, and a breakdown with fewer than five answers stays hidden.

Can a survey repeat?

Yes. Set a survey to repeat every month and each question keeps its history, so you can see whether the number is moving.

Can we compare locations?

Yes. Filter the results by location or department, and see the response rate for each one.
