Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Vantage Workforce. Please read them. They describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Using the service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vantage Workforce. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Accounts and workspaces

A workspace is created by an owner, who can invite other people to join it. The owner and any admins they appoint control the workspace, including who has access, what role each person has, and what information is collected.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Your responsibilities as an employer

If you run a workspace, you are responsible for:

  • Having the right to collect and use the information you put into it, including information about your employees.
  • Telling your employees what is collected, such as their location when they clock in.
  • Complying with the employment, wage and hour, and privacy laws that apply to your business.
  • Checking that timesheets and other records are accurate before you rely on them for payroll.

Vantage Workforce is a tool for managing your workforce. It does not provide legal, tax, or payroll advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to break the law or to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
  • Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
  • Try to access another workspace or another person's account without permission.
  • Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its security measures.
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

5. Plans and payment

Some plans are free and some are paid. Paid plans are charged per user for each billing period, based on the prices shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

You can change or cancel a paid plan at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our prices, and we will give you notice before a change applies to you.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you and your team add to a workspace. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our service

We own the service, including the software, design, and brand. We give you a limited right to use it under these terms. We are always improving the service, which means features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

9. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we will let workspace owners know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact us
