Operations/Time Clock
Clock in with one tap. Even with no signal.
Your team punches in from their own phone, a shared kiosk, or the web. Every entry records the time, the location, and the shift it belongs to, so timesheets are ready when payroll is.
Location on every punch
Clock-ins and clock-outs are stamped with where they happened. You see who is on site without calling anyone.
Works offline
In a basement, a parking structure, or a rural job site, the punch is saved on the phone and syncs when the connection returns.
Timesheets that build themselves
Hours and breaks roll up by person and pay period. Managers review, fix what needs fixing, and approve. Approved hours go straight to your payroll provider.

Time Clock questions.
What happens if someone has no signal when they clock in?
The punch is stored on the phone with the time it actually happened. It syncs automatically once the phone is back online.
Can a whole crew share one device?
Yes. Kiosk mode lets a team clock in on a shared tablet or phone at the site.
Which payroll providers does Time Clock send hours to?
ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Paycom, PrismHR, QuickBooks, and Xero, through a direct connection you set up once. For any other provider, export the pay period as a CSV in the layout it expects.
What is sent to payroll, and what is not?
Approved hours by employee and pay type: regular, overtime, and paid time off, with location and department if you use them. Pay rates stay in your payroll provider. Nothing is sent until a manager approves the period, and sending a period again replaces it instead of doubling it.
