Custom Enterprise/Sheets

The spreadsheet, with the team inside it.

Sheets is a spreadsheet that lives in your workspace: formulas, formatting, charts, and imports from Excel and Google Sheets, with everyone editing the same sheet at the same time. Every change shows who made it, and sharing follows the same roles and locations as everything else.

Everyone in the same sheet

Named cursors, edits that appear the moment they are typed, and comments on any cell. No more versions emailed back and forth.

Formulas and formatting you already know

SUM, IF, lookups, dates, conditional formatting, validation, freeze panes, and filters. Import an Excel file and it opens with its formulas intact.

Connected to the rest of Vantage

Form submissions land as rows, hours come in from Time Clock, and a sheet can feed a board. Share by role or location, view-only or edit.

Charts and formatting

Select a range. Get a chart.

Pick the cells and insert a chart. It sits on the sheet and redraws the moment a number changes, for everyone looking at it. Formatting works the way you already know it: fonts, sizes, colors, borders, and number formats from the toolbar.

Charts

Charts read the sheet, so they are never out of date.

  • Column, bar, line, area, pie, scatter, and combo charts from any range
  • Redraws the moment a cell changes
  • Title, axis labels, legend, colors, and number formats
  • Place it on the sheet or give it its own tab
  • Paste a chart into an announcement, a chat, or a board item
  • Download as an image or PDF

Formatting

The toolbar you expect, with nothing to relearn.

  • Font, size, bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough
  • Text color, fill color, borders, and merged cells
  • Number, currency, percent, date, and time formats
  • Alignment, wrapping, and rotation
  • Conditional formatting that colors cells by their values
  • Paint format to copy the look of one cell onto others

Chart types

Pick the type that fits the numbers. Switch types without rebuilding the chart.

  • Column
  • Bar
  • Line
  • Area
  • Pie
  • Scatter
  • Combo

Number formats

Set a format once for a column and every new row follows it.

  • Number
  • Currency
  • Percent
  • Date
  • Time
  • Duration
  • Plain text
  • Custom

Where a chart can go

A chart stays tied to its sheet wherever you put it.

  • On the sheet
  • Its own tab
  • An announcement
  • A chat
  • A board item
  • Image or PDF

Sheets questions.

Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?

Yes. Import Excel files or CSV exports and they open with their tabs, formulas, and formatting. You can export back to Excel or CSV at any time.

How is this different from Google Sheets or Excel?

It lives inside your workspace with the same people, roles, and locations, so a form submission or a shift's hours can land in a sheet without a connector, and sharing never leaves the company. For the spreadsheet work itself, the formulas and formatting work the way you expect.

Does it work on the phone?

Yes. People can view and edit sheets from the app. Edits made without a signal are saved on the phone and synced when it is back online.
