Marketing/Social Planner

Plan the month once. Publish everywhere, on schedule.

One calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Write a post, pick the channels and the locations, set the time, and it goes out on its own. Managers approve from their phone before anything is published.

One post, every location

Write it once at head office. Each location gets its own copy with its own address, hours, phone number, and page, and can tweak the words before it goes.

Approved before it goes out

A post waits for the right manager. They see the preview on their phone, approve or ask for a change, and the calendar updates itself.

The numbers, by location

Reach, clicks, likes, comments, and the best times to post, for each channel and each site, with a column you can sort.

Head office and the sites

Plan it on the web. Approve it on the phone.

The marketing team lays the month out on the web: a calendar of every post on every channel, with each location's version beside it. Location managers see what is coming for their site on the phone, approve it or ask for a change, and watch the numbers after it goes out.

For the marketing team

The whole month across every channel and every location, on one screen.

  • Month, week, and list views, by channel or by location
  • One composer for every channel, with the preview for each as you type
  • A post for every location, with the site's details filled in on its own
  • Approval from the location's manager before it publishes, when you want it
  • A library of photos, videos, and saved templates the whole team shares
  • Recurring posts, bulk upload from a spreadsheet, and the first comment ready to go

For location managers

What is going out for their site, with the power to say yes or not yet.

  • The posts coming up for their location, on the phone
  • Approve, or ask for a change with a note, in one tap
  • Post something local, from a template the brand already approved
  • A reminder before a post goes live, and a note when it did
  • Reach and engagement for their site alone
  • Nothing from other locations, unless they run more than one

Connect each page once. Every post goes out under the right account.

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Business Profile
  • X
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest

  • Who can connect a channel
  • Per-location limits
  • Audit trail

Moments in a month

Everything between the idea and the numbers.

Connected channels, the calendar, one post for every location, an approval on the phone, a shared library, and the results that shape next month.

Connect every channel once

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Connect each page one time, per location, and every post goes out under the right account.

The month at a glance

Every post on every channel, on one calendar. Drag a post to another day and it moves, with its locations and its approval along with it.

One post, every location

Write it once. Each location gets its own copy with its address, hours, and phone number filled in, and its own page to publish on.

Approved on the phone

The location's manager sees the preview, approves it, or asks for a change with a note. The calendar shows where every post stands.

A shared library

Photos, videos, and saved templates the whole team can use. Start a post from a template and only the words change.

What worked, and when

Reach, clicks, likes, and comments by post, by channel, and by location, with the best times to post for each.

Social Planner questions.

Which channels does it post to?

Facebook pages, Instagram business and creator accounts, LinkedIn pages, Google Business Profile, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Each channel is connected once per location by someone with permission to connect it.

How does one post become a post for every location?

Write the post once and pick the locations. Each one gets its own copy with the site's address, hours, phone number, and page filled in from the location record your team already keeps. A location's manager can change the words on their copy, except for the lines you lock.

Can a location manager post on their own?

Yes, when you allow it. They can post from a template the brand has approved, or write their own and send it for approval, depending on what the role lets them do.

Does a post have to be approved?

Only when you say so. Turn approvals on for a location, a channel, or every post, and the right manager gets a tap on the phone before anything goes out. Turn them off and posts publish on schedule.

What happens if a channel disconnects?

The post waits instead of failing, the person who connected the channel is told, and once it is reconnected the post goes out or is rescheduled, whichever you choose.

Is the Marketing hub part of a plan?

Not yet. Social Planner is the first tool in the Marketing hub, and its pricing will be announced with the hub's launch. It uses the same people, roles, and locations as every other hub.
