HR/Recognition

Good work should not go unnoticed.

Anyone can recognize a teammate with a message and a badge. Post it publicly for the whole company or keep it between the two of you.

From anyone to anyone

Recognition is not only top down. The people closest to the work see who is carrying it.

Badges that mean something

Tie recognition to the things your company values, from safety to customer care.

The team joins in

Coworkers react to public recognition, so a good day gets a little bigger.

From anyone. Seen by everyone, or just the two of you.

Say it where it counts.

Pick a person, pick the badge that says what they did, and write a line. Post it to the feed so the team joins in, or keep it private. Badges can carry Rewards tokens, and a report shows who has not been recognized lately.

Giving recognition

Thirty seconds on the phone, from anyone to anyone.

  • A person, or a whole team at once
  • A badge tied to one of your values
  • A line about what they did, and a photo if you like
  • Public to the feed, or private between the two of you
  • Tokens added to their Rewards balance the moment it is posted
  • Reactions and comments, with a notification for each

Running it

Badges that mean something, and nobody overlooked.

  • Your own badges, with the tokens each one carries
  • A feed by company, location, or team
  • A recognition count on every profile
  • Who has and has not been recognized, by team
  • A nudge to the lead when someone has gone 90 days without
  • Managers see what their team gives and gets

On a recognition

Short enough to write on a break.

  • Person or team
  • Badge
  • Message
  • Photo
  • Public or private
  • Tokens

Badges

Start with four. Add your own.

  • Safety first
  • Customer care
  • Team player
  • Above and beyond
  • Your own

Where it shows

Everywhere a good day should.

  • Company feed
  • Location feed
  • Their profile
  • Rewards balance

Moments in Recognition

Small posts, big days.

Badges with meaning, peer to peer, public or private, the team joining in, tokens, and who has been overlooked.

Badges that mean something

Tie each badge to a value and a token amount. Add your own when the company finds a new thing worth noticing.

From anyone to anyone

Most recognition comes from the people working alongside each other. The feed shows peer and manager recognition side by side.

Public or private

Post it to the feed so the team can join in, or keep it between the two of you. Private still counts, and still adds tokens.

The team joins in

Claps, hearts, and comments on public recognition, each with a notification for the person being recognized.

Badges that add tokens

Set tokens per badge and they land in the person's Rewards balance the moment the recognition is posted.

Who has been overlooked

How many people on each team were recognized this quarter, who has gone 90 days without, and a nudge to their lead.

Recognition questions.

Can recognition be private?

Yes. Choose private and only the sender and the recipient see it.

Can we make our own badges?

Yes. Start with the four built in, rename them, or add your own. Each badge has a value it stands for and, if you like, a token amount.

How do tokens work with recognition?

Set a token amount per badge. When a recognition with that badge is posted, the tokens are added to the person's Rewards balance. Private recognition adds them too.

Can we recognize a whole team?

Yes. Pick a team or a location instead of a person, and everyone on it gets the badge, the message, and the tokens.

How do we know who is being left out?

A report shows how many people on each team were recognized this quarter and who has gone 90 days without. Their lead gets a nudge, and you can see who gives recognition and who does not.
