Communications/Announcements

Say it once. Know everyone saw it.

Send updates to the whole company, one location, a department, or a few people. Require an acknowledgment when it matters and see who is still outstanding.

Aim it at the right people

Target by location, department, or individual. The night crew does not get the day crew's parking notice.

Acknowledgment on record

For policy changes and safety notices, require a tap to confirm. You get a list of who has and who has not.

Timed to fit

Schedule an announcement to publish later, pin the important ones, and set an expiry so old news clears itself.

Compose on the web. Read on the phone.

One update. Everyone who needs it.

Write it once on the web, pick who gets it, and decide whether they have to confirm they read it. It lands on their phone with a notification, and you watch it get seen and acknowledged, name by name.

Sending an update

Everything a manager needs to get the word out and know it landed.

  • Audience by location, department, team, role, or person
  • Photos, files, and video attached
  • Require acknowledgment, with reminders to anyone who has not
  • Publish now or schedule it, pin it, and set an expiry
  • Comments and reactions on, or off for the serious ones
  • Seen and acknowledged counts, by name and by the hour

Getting one

A notification, the update, and one tap to confirm.

  • A push notification the moment it publishes
  • Pinned updates stay at the top of the feed
  • Attachments open in the app, with nothing to download
  • One tap to confirm you read it
  • Ask a question in the comments and get the answer there
  • Old updates clear themselves when they expire

Audience

Pick one, or combine them. Nobody gets it twice.

  • Everyone
  • Location
  • Department
  • Team
  • Role
  • Individuals
  • On shift today

Options

Set per announcement, with sensible defaults.

  • Require acknowledgment
  • Pin to the top
  • Schedule
  • Expiry
  • Comments on or off
  • Reactions
  • Attachments

Proof

What you can see after you publish, and export.

  • Sent
  • Seen
  • Acknowledged
  • By the hour
  • Reminders sent
  • Export with times

Moments in an announcement

From draft to everyone read it.

Picking the audience, tracking acknowledgments, scheduling and expiry, pinning, attachments, and who has seen it by the hour.

Aim it at the right people

Pick a location, a department, a team, a role, or a few people, and combine them. The count of who will get it updates as you pick.

Acknowledgment on record

See who confirmed and when, and who has not. Send a reminder to just those people with one tap.

Schedule, remind, expire

Publish at a shift start, remind anyone who has not acknowledged, and set the day it clears itself from the feed.

Pinned to the top

The important one stays at the top of the feed while newer posts arrive below it, until the day you set.

Photos, files, and video

Attach the one-pager, a photo of where to go, or a short walkthrough. Everything opens in the app.

Seen, by the hour

Watch the update get read through the day, and export the list of who saw it and who acknowledged it, with times.

Announcements questions.

Can we see who has not acknowledged an announcement?

Yes. Each announcement that requires acknowledgment shows who has confirmed and who is still pending.

Can we remind the people who have not acknowledged?

Yes. One tap sends a reminder to only those people, or set a reminder in advance for a day or two after publishing.

Can employees comment on an announcement?

If you want them to. Comments and reactions are on by default and can be turned off for any announcement, such as a policy notice.

Can we schedule an announcement for the start of a shift?

Yes. Pick the day and time and it publishes then, with the notification going out at that moment. Set an expiry and it leaves the feed on its own.

Try Announcements with your team.

Create a workspace, invite your people, and run tomorrow from one app.
