HR/Org Chart

Your whole company on one page.

A live chart of who reports to whom, drawn from the manager set on each employee profile. It updates as people join, move, and leave, so nobody has to redraw it.

Draws itself

The chart is built from the manager on each profile. Change who someone reports to and the chart changes with it.

Find anyone fast

Search by name or job title, then open a team to see who leads it and who is on it.

Helps new hires settle in

New people can see where they fit, who their manager is, and who to ask, from their first day.

Drawn from profiles. Kept current.

Nobody redraws the chart.

Set the manager on each profile and the chart draws itself. Move someone and their card moves. Suspend a manager and their people are flagged until they have a new one. On the phone, every employee sees where they fit.

Keeping it current

There is nothing to keep current. The profiles are the chart.

  • Reporting lines come from the manager on each profile
  • A change on a profile moves the card the same moment
  • People with no manager set are flagged, not lost
  • Team sizes on every lead, with teams that open and close
  • By manager, by location, or by department
  • Download it as a PDF or an image

Finding your way

Where you fit, who to ask, and one tap to reach them.

  • Your manager, their manager, and your teammates on one screen
  • Search by name or job title
  • Name, job title, department, and location on every card
  • Message or open a profile from any card
  • Pay, address, and phone numbers never appear

On every card

Enough to know who someone is and reach them.

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Department
  • Location
  • Team size
  • Message
  • Open profile

Views

The same people, grouped the way you need.

  • By manager
  • By location
  • By department
  • List

Never on the chart

Private fields stay on the profile, for the roles that need them.

  • Pay rate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Emergency contact

Moments in the org chart

Kept current without anyone drawing.

A chart that redraws itself, search, teams that open and close, what a card shows, a first day, and three ways to look at the company.

Draws itself

Change who someone reports to on their profile and their card moves to the new team. Nobody opens a drawing tool.

Find anyone

Type a name or a job title. Matches light up and everyone else fades, so a shift lead at another site takes a few seconds to find.

Teams that open and close

Every lead shows the size of their team. Open one to see who is on it, and close it to see the whole company again.

What a card shows

Name, job title, department, location, and team size, with Message and Open profile. Pay and contact details stay off the chart.

A first day

A new hire opens the chart on their phone and sees their manager, their manager's manager, and their teammates, with one tap to say hello.

Three ways to look

By manager for reporting lines, by location for who works where, and by department for how big each function is.

Org Chart questions.

Do we have to build the chart by hand?

No. The chart is drawn from the manager set on each employee profile. Keep profiles current and the chart stays current.

Can employees see the chart?

Yes. It shows work details such as name, job title, and department. Private fields such as pay rate never appear on it.

What happens when a manager leaves?

When you suspend a manager, the people who reported to them are flagged on the chart until you set a new manager on their profiles. Nobody falls off the chart.

Can we see the chart by location?

Yes. Switch between by manager, by location, and by department. The list view shows everyone with their title and location.

Can we print it?

Yes. Download the chart as a PDF or an image, at any level, for a meeting or a noticeboard.

What do employees see on the phone?

Where they fit first: their manager, their manager's manager, and their teammates. From there they can browse the whole chart, search, and message anyone on it.
