Vantage Workforce

Your calendar, with the rest of your work already on it.

Calendar gives everyone in the workspace a calendar of their own, private until they share it. Add meetings with a place and a video call link, invite coworkers and see their answers, and find a time when everyone is free. Your published shifts, your time off, the Events you are going to, and your tasks due show up on it by themselves.

Free for teams of up to 10 people

  • The rest of Vantage, already on it

Your published shifts from Scheduling, your time off (approved and waiting), Events from Communications you said you are going to, and tasks due appear without typing them in. Switch any of them off.

  • Find a time without the back and forth

Pick the people and a length, and Calendar lists the times everyone is free within working hours. Open your day next to theirs, one column each, and start the invite from there.

  • Private until you share it

Share a calendar with people in the workspace to see free and busy only, all details, or make changes. A private event shows only as Busy to the people you share with.

See when people are free. Then ask them.

Share your calendar at the level you choose, and lay the calendars shared with you over your own. When a meeting needs several people, Find a time lists the times they are all free and starts the invite, and each answer comes back to you.

Sharing

Each of your calendars is private until you share it.

  • Share any of your calendars with people in the workspace
  • Three levels: free/busy only, all details, or make changes
  • A private event shows only as Busy, whatever the level
  • Calendars shared with you are listed on the side
  • Tick one to lay it over yours in its own color
  • Ask a coworker for access, and they can share it in one step

Finding a time

No more asking around for a free half hour.

  • Open your day side by side with the people you pick, one column each
  • Pick people and a length, and see the times everyone is free
  • Only times within working hours are offered
  • Pick a time and the invite starts with everyone on it
  • Each person answers Accept, Maybe, or Decline
  • The organizer sees every answer and is told as each comes in

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

Your calendar is private by default. You choose who in the workspace sees each of your calendars, and whether they see free and busy only, all details, or can make changes. A private event shows only as Busy, even to people who see all details.

No. Your published shifts from Scheduling, your time off (approved and waiting), Events from Communications you said you are going to, and your tasks due show on your calendar by themselves. Each one can be switched off. An Event you are going to can also be added as your own entry, which moves or is cancelled along with the event.

Yes, both ways. Connect your Google or Microsoft account and pick its calendars: their events show on your Vantage calendar, and what you add or change in Vantage goes back to Google Calendar or Outlook. Apple iCloud and other calendars come in by their subscribe link, read only. Your personal calendar link still puts your shifts, time off, and Vantage events into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, and nothing shows twice.

Yes. Change or delete just that date, that date and the ones after it, or the whole series.

Scheduling is where managers build and publish shifts. Events, in Communications, is for company events people say they are going to. Calendar is each person's own: meetings, appointments, and reminders, with their shifts and those events laid on it.
