Vantage Workforce

HR/Recruiting

Hire from the app you run the team in.

Recruiting is Vantage Recruiter built into Vantage Workforce. Post a role from a position you already have, see every applicant with a VantageScreen score, message them, interview them, and send the offer. The moment they accept, Onboarding starts and their Employee Profile exists.

Post once, from here

The listing goes live on Vantage Recruiter with the position, site, and pay range from your workspace. Posting is free; you pay only when candidates click.

Applicants, scored

VantageScreen reads every application and gives it a score from 1 to 10 with a short summary, so the shortlist writes itself.

Hired means onboarded

An accepted offer becomes a new hire in Onboarding and an Employee Profile, with the details from the application. Nothing is typed twice.

From the opening to the first shift

One flow, from the listing to day one.

Managers post, review, message, interview, and hire inside Vantage Workforce. Candidates apply, chat, and accept on Vantage Recruiter, where every applicant is guaranteed an answer. The two stay in step without anyone copying anything across.

Moments in recruiting

From a position to a person.

Posting from a position, applicants scored, an answer for everyone, interviews on the schedule, the offer with its checks, and the hire that onboards itself.

Post from a position

Pick the position and site, add the pay range, and the listing is live on Vantage Recruiter. Posting is free; clicks are the only cost.

Scored by VantageScreen

Every application gets a 1 to 10 and a two-line summary, so the list opens with the strongest people on top.

An answer for everyone

Message applicants from here; they reply from Vantage Recruiter. Every applicant hears back within 14 days, including the ones you pass on.

Interviews on the schedule

Book the interview and it lands on your schedule, with an invite in the candidate's calendar and the site attached.

The offer, with its checks

Send the offer from a template. Background and reference checks run at the same step, and the candidate accepts on their phone.

Hired means onboarded

The listing closes, the hire is confirmed on Vantage Recruiter, Onboarding starts with the template for the role, and the Employee Profile is created from the application.

Recruiting questions.

Do we need a Vantage Recruiter account?

Yes. Connect the one you have, or create one from Recruiting in a minute. Your company is verified once and used in both places.

What does posting cost?

Posting is free. Vantage Recruiter charges per click on a listing, scaled by the pay range, plus a flat fee for a Featured listing or for VantageScreen on a listing. Those are billed to your Vantage Recruiter account, not to your Vantage Workforce plan.

Can candidates see anything in our workspace?

No. Candidates only ever see Vantage Recruiter. The first thing they see from Vantage Workforce is their onboarding invite, after they accept an offer.

What about someone we hire another way?

Add them in Onboarding directly. Recruiting is for the people who applied through Vantage Recruiter; the rest of the flow is the same from there.

What happens to the applicants we do not hire?

They get an answer within 14 days, which Vantage Recruiter holds you to. Their application stays in your Vantage Recruiter account, and Talent Scout can bring them back when the next role opens.
