Vantage Workforce

Every PDF, marked up, signed, and sealed in one place.

PDF opens the files your work already runs on (contracts, inspection reports, forms, scans) for the whole team to read, comment on, fill in, sign, and change, with every version kept. Signatures record who signed, when, and from where, and a sealed copy carries a certificate of completion that shows if anything changed after.

  • Mark it up together

Highlight, comment, draw, and stamp on any page, with replies and mentions. Comments stay beside the file, so the original is never changed until you say so.

  • Signatures you can stand behind

Each signature records the account that signed, the time, the internet address, and the device, and the signer agrees to sign electronically first. Nobody can move or copy a signature, and only the signer can take one off.

  • Redaction that really removes

Redact and whiteout take the words, pictures, and drawing under them out of the file, not just cover them, in every download, print, and sealed copy.

Signed, sealed, and provable.

Anyone the PDF is shared with to comment can sign it. Vantage keeps a record of each signature and everything else that happens to the file, and Finish and seal turns it into a final copy with a certificate of completion. Anyone in the workspace can check a copy against its seal later.

Signing

A signature that says who, when, and from where.

  • The signer agrees to sign electronically before the signature goes on
  • The name and email of the account that signed, and how it signed in
  • The time from Vantage's own clock, not the device's
  • The internet address and the device it came from
  • A fingerprint of the exact version that was signed
  • Signatures stay where they were placed; only the signer can take one off, and that is recorded too

Sealing

One final copy, with the proof attached.

  • Form answers and markup drawn in, covered content taken out
  • A certificate of completion at the end with every signer and their signature
  • The full audit trail, in the workspace's time zone
  • A warning on the certificate when the file changed after someone signed
  • The sealed copy is kept even if the working PDF is deleted
  • Verify says whether a copy is the sealed file, was changed, or was never sealed here

In the US, the ESIGN Act and UETA treat an electronic signature like a handwritten one when the signer agrees to sign electronically and the record shows who signed. Vantage asks for that agreement and records the account, time, internet address, device, and the exact version signed. Some documents, such as wills, have their own rules, so check with your lawyer for those.

It makes the final copy: form answers and markup drawn in, redacted content taken out, and a certificate of completion added with every signer and the audit trail. Vantage keeps the copy and its fingerprint, so Verify can tell later whether a copy is exactly that file.

Yes. Applying redactions takes the words, pictures, and drawing under each box out of the saved file, and every download, print, and sealed copy takes out what Redact and Whiteout boxes cover. The rest of the page stays searchable.

Yes. Edit text changes a line of the PDF's own words: the old words are taken out of the file and the new ones written in their place, in a standard font. A scanned page can be made searchable first.

Docs is where the team writes together from scratch. Documents, in the HR hub, keeps each person's files with their expiry dates. PDF is for files that are already PDFs: reading, marking up, filling, signing, and sealing them.
