How you pay for Vantage Workforce, what happens when your team grows or shrinks, how to cancel, and when we give money back. This policy is part of our Terms.
1.How billing works
The Free plan costs nothing for a workspace of up to the number of people on its card on our pricing page. Paid plans are month to month, with no contract and no annual commitment, and are billed in advance at the start of each monthly period. Each plan’s price, what it includes, and its limits are on the plan itself on the pricing page; nothing is held back in fine print.
You pay by card through our payment processor, or by invoice where we agree to it in writing. Employees never pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, which we add where the law requires.
2.Adding people, tools, or add-ons
When a change raises the price, such as more people than the plan covers, another hub, or an AI add-on, it takes effect right away and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged at once. The full new price applies from the next period.
3.Removing people or downgrading
When a change lowers the price, such as fewer people or dropping a hub or add-on, the current period stays as it was and the lower price starts from the next period. We do not refund the difference for the current period.
4.Cancelling
An owner can cancel a paid plan at any time in the app. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan if it fits, or its paid tools pause. Cancelling does not delete your data. We do not refund the unused part of a period.
To close the workspace and delete its data, the owner writes to [email protected]; see our Terms on what happens to data when a workspace closes.
5.Failed payments
If a payment fails, we tell the owner and try again over the following days. If it is still unpaid fourteen (14) days after it was due, the workspace’s paid tools pause until it is paid; members can still sign in and see their records. We do not delete data because of a failed payment for at least thirty (30) days after the pause, and we tell the owner before we do.
6.When we refund
We refund in full:
- A duplicate charge, or a charge we made in error.
- A period in which the Service was unavailable to your workspace because of a failure on our side for most of the period.
- Where the law requires it.
Write to [email protected] within sixty (60) days of the charge with the invoice number. We answer within five (5) business days, and a refund goes back to the original payment method.
7.Price changes
We tell owners at least thirty (30) days before a price increase applies to their plan. It starts from the first period after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
