This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and how to use them. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

1.We do not sell or share your information

Vantage Enterprises, LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law and similar state laws define those words. We have not done so in the last 12 months. We run no advertising and no analytics, and we give no one your information to target ads.

So there is nothing you need to opt out of. You are opted out already, and that is the only setting there is.

2.Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we do neither, honoring it changes nothing in how we handle your information, and you do not need to do anything else.

3.Sensitive personal information

Some information in the Service, such as precise location at a punch, bank details, and account sign-in details, is sensitive personal information under California law. We use it only to provide the Service, as the law allows, and never to infer characteristics about you, so there is no separate right to limit it that applies.

4.Your other rights

Depending on your state, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy, to correct it, and to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Most information in Vantage Workforce belongs to the workspace your employer runs, and we hold it for them. For that information, your employer answers the request and we help them; see our Notice for Employees.

5.How to make a request

Write to [email protected] with what you are asking for. We acknowledge a request within ten (10) business days and answer within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time, we will say why, and may take up to forty-five (45) days more.

We will confirm who you are first, usually by matching the email on your account. An authorized agent may ask for you with your signed permission, and we may still confirm your identity with you. If we turn a request down, we will say why, and you may appeal by replying to our answer.

6.Records of requests

We keep a record of privacy requests and how we answered them for twenty-four (24) months, as California law requires, and use it for nothing else.
